Terms of Use
1. Agreement and Acceptance: By accessing or using the MEFAI platform and its associated services, tools and interfaces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by the terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should immediately discontinue using the Service.
2. AI Generated Signal Disclaimer: MEFAI provides trading signals derived from complex AI models. Please note that all signals are generated by artificial intelligence. These signals are for informational purposes only. All financial decisions are your sole responsibility. It is recommended that you consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
3. User Obligations: You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted through your linked accounts. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer algorithms, or engage in illegal or manipulative trading behavior using MEFAI tools. You should also be aware that if you send signals to other groups using mefai signals, your wallets may be blocked even if the service period does not expire.
4. Custody: MEFAI is a non-custodial platform. It does not store or access your assets, private keys, or exchange accounts. Integration is only done through API connections that you initiate and authorize. All asset custody remains under your control. It does not save any of your data. It does not even save the API key and secret codes, they remain in your browser. You cannot access them when you change computers, but this is the best way to ensure your security. There is no special contract in the wallet connection process in Mefai. You never authorize a spending or interact with a special code.
5. Limitation of Liability: MEFAI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from trading activity, API outages, exchange outages, network instability, latency or reliance on incorrect or outdated data, or incomplete reading of documents. In automatic trading, no transaction is opened without a stop price placed at a tp sl rate determined by the user. This is liquidation protection.
6. Subscription and Access Control: Access to MEFAI premium tools is limited through blockchain-based verification systems. Users must maintain active subscriptions. Access is stopped when the access period expires, the entire system is completely decentralized. When you connect your wallet, you will be able to see how many days your subscription will expire.
7. Referral Program Terms: Users participating in the referral program must not engage in spam, fraud, impersonation or manipulation. MEFAI reserves the right to suspend or void rewards if abuse is detected.
8. Service Changes: MEFAI reserves the right to change or terminate any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice. All users are responsible for monitoring platform changes, but mefai is also responsible for reporting changes.
9. Warnings: All signals are generated by an advanced artificial intelligence. Results are created by comparing thousands of data. Remember that short-term signals can change in a short time. Do not trade without reading the documents, placing stop orders and your advisors. We use the Binance exchange only for API purposes. We have no connection to it other than that. Please note that if the API access is closed, you will not be able to trade during this period, even if you have a subscription.

12. Prohibited Use Cases: You agree not to use the platform for:
Laundering funds or violating sanctions
Accessing MEFAI services from restricted jurisdictions
Exploiting bugs or economic loopholes in MEFAI logic
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal consequences.
13. Intellectual Property: All content, branding, code, and AI models used within MEFAI are the exclusive property of MEFAI unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
14. Updates to the Terms: These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.
