• 1. Data Collection: MEFAI does not collect, sell or store personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, wallet contents or transaction history. If you have purchased a mefai pro or prime package, your wallet addresses are stored only for the purpose of determining the access time of the wallet addresses. And the package is automatically deleted at the end of use.

• 2. Headless Design: MEFAI operates as a completely headless platform. We never access, view or store your private keys, wallets or API secrets. This information remains in your device's local storage and is never transmitted to our servers.

• 3. Cookies and Tracking: MEFAI does not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics. However, anonymous local metrics (like feature usage counters) may be saved to browser memory only for performance improvement. This data is not transmitted anywhere. Google Analytics is used for monitoring. Google Analytics policies are set out on their own page.

• 4. Blockchain Address Visibility: When users connect their wallets, verification is only made to the public blockchain address to verify token ownership and access levels, but address and balance information are not logged. No personal identification or behavioral profiling is done based on this.

• 5. API Usage and Scope: MEFAI only interacts with APIs (like Binance) when the user explicitly connects and consents. API keys are never stored or seen by MEFAI. Trading decisions and signal executions occur through client-side logic.

• 6. Children's Privacy: MEFAI does not knowingly provide services to persons under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is a minor, their access may be restricted. There are no inappropriate content pages or posts for persons under the age of 18. However, it is necessary to be over the age of 18 to trade.

• 7. Legal Disclosure: MEFAI does not store personal data and therefore there is no user data that can be disclosed to law enforcement. Wallet addresses of those who purchased packages are excluded from this situation.

• 8. Data Storage: No user data is stored. Data such as name, surname, telephone number and gender are never recorded.Wallet access data, API keys and preferences are stored only in your local browser and are cleared when cache/cookies are cleared or the device is changed.

• 9. Policy Updates: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of MEFAI constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
